WHAT WE COLLECT
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you use Google Sign-In, your name and Google account identifier. This is the minimum required to create and manage your account.
Usage Analytics
We use PostHog (posthog.com) to collect anonymous usage analytics including pages visited, feature usage, and general site interaction patterns. PostHog may use cookies to track sessions. We use this data to understand how our tools are used and to improve the product.
Download Records
When you download a tool, we log the download event (which tool, when) to your account. This powers your download history in the portal.
WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT
- We do not collect, store, or have access to any AI-generated outputs from your use of our Tools
- We do not collect payment information (we're free)
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not track you across other websites
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Email: Account authentication (OTP login codes), essential service communications, and occasional product updates. You can request deletion at any time.
- Analytics: Aggregate product improvement. We look at which pages are popular and where users get stuck - not what individual users do.
- Download history: To show you which tools you've downloaded in your portal.
DATA STORAGE
- Account data is stored in Convex (convex.dev), a US-based database provider
- Analytics data is stored by PostHog (US-based)
- Transactional emails are sent via Resend (resend.com)

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of analytics tracking (use your browser's Do Not Track setting or a cookie blocker)
- Request a copy of your data
