Welcome to NormieClaw (normieclaw.ai), operated by Nollio Labs ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHAT WE PROVIDE

NormieClaw provides downloadable AI skill files ("Tools") designed for use with the OpenClaw platform. Tools include configuration files, scripts, prompts, and documentation. We do not provide the AI models, hosting infrastructure, or compute resources that power these tools - those are provided by your own OpenClaw installation and your chosen AI providers.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. AI DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This is the important part. Please read it carefully.

Our Tools configure AI systems to perform tasks on your behalf. The outputs generated by these AI systems are entirely under your control and responsibility. We do not control, review, endorse, or guarantee any content, decisions, advice, code, documents, or other outputs produced by AI systems using our Tools.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

(a) AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or otherwise flawed. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.

(b) Our Tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind - including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, tax, or investment advice. Any outputs that resemble professional advice should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being acted upon.

(c) You assume full responsibility for how you use our Tools and any AI-generated outputs. You waive any and all claims against NormieClaw, Nollio Labs, its founders, employees, and affiliates arising from or related to your use of our Tools or any outputs generated through their use.

(d) You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated outputs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy laws, and professional licensing requirements.

(e) We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Tools or any AI-generated outputs, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. TOOL LICENSE

All Tools downloaded from NormieClaw are provided under the MIT License. See our License page for full details. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Tools, subject to the MIT License terms.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use our Tools for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary systems (the Tools themselves are MIT-licensed and open)
• Redistribute our Tools as a competing commercial product or service
• Create accounts using automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NormieClaw, Nollio Labs, and their respective founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of our Tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NormieClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
